When you submit a service request, we collect the contact and project information you provide so EZ Site Services can review and respond to the inquiry.
How it is used
Inquiry details are used only to evaluate the requested work, communicate with you and improve the service process. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Website analytics
We collect page views, browser-session identifiers, referring domains, device category and completed-request events to understand site performance. Session counts are estimates, not counts of identifiable people. We do not intentionally include names, emails or project details in analytics events.
Google Ads measurement
This website uses the Google tag to measure advertising performance, including an event after a service request is saved. Advertising storage, user data and personalization default to denied until you allow them using Cookie preferences. Google may receive limited, cookieless measurement signals when consent is denied. Campaign and click identifiers may be stored with your inquiry to help us understand how you found us. Your contact details are not sent in our conversion event.

Email notifications
Saved service requests may be emailed to our team through Google Workspace and, when connected, Resend. These providers process contact and project details to deliver notifications. This is separate from advertising measurement. See Resend’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Storage and service providers
The website uses its hosting and database providers to process and retain submitted information. Service requests are retained as needed to respond, quote work and manage business operations.
